Our Policy on Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, & Shipping

We understand that buying new DTF equipment is a big investment, and we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. Because DTF printers and accessories require careful handling, we’re not able to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. In many cases, issues arise from incorrect setup, user error, or attempts to repair equipment without proper guidance. That’s why we include a setup session with our technicians—to help you get started the right way and to verify that nothing was damaged during shipping. Technical support is provided to you at no extra charge for the life of your printer.

  • Shipping: Shipping carriers like DHL and FedEx are responsible for any damage that occurs during transit. To help protect your investment, we require all customers to complete a setup session with one of our technicians. This is included with your purchase price. During this session, our techs can verify that everything arrived safely and identify any shipping-related issues right away.

  • Setup: To protect your purchase, our technicians assist with the initial setup. This ensures your equipment is working properly and also helps confirm that nothing was damaged during shipping. If there was an error made or issue with your product that was caused by our company, we will make it correct immediately. You won't be stuck with a faulty product if it was defective upon receipt. (Please understand that you MUST do the equipment setup with one of our technicians in order for this to be verifiable.)  

Our goal is to make sure your equipment is running smoothly from the start, and our tech team is always here to help with any issues. All tech services are free of charge to our customers. 

Please note:

  • Any damage caused by improper use, mishandling, or attempts to repair the equipment without guidance from our technicians is not covered under warranty.

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications to the equipment or its accessories will void your warranty and are considered a violation of our Terms of Service.
