Important notes:

1. FAT format. Please see the photos for Mac details. 

2. If the computer cannot find the drive, check the computer connection to the back of the USB. The external drive needs 5V1A power supply. Do not use a multi-connector. The external drive must be directly connected to the computer, otherwise the voltage is not enough to start.

3. If your computer cannot find the drive, you can right click "My Computer," choose "Management - Disk management." There is an unallocated drive letter below, right click that letter, initialize, after initialization, right click on formatting.

4. If none of these steps work, please try another computer.

To use this item with gaming consoles, PS game consoles must be genuine and cannot be cracked.

Game console model: Only supports PS4 and PS5 consoles with system software version 4.50 or higher.
